Thu Hue, Nguyen

Ms. Thu Hue, Nguyen has been country coordinator of GIPI Vietnam, a Global

Internet Policy Initiative. She has been actively involved in Internet law

and policy discussions of Vietnam through organizing national roundtables

and debates that include participation of country policy makers, enterprises

and civil society groups. Ms. Hue obtained her MBA in 2003 in addition to

her legal decree in 1996. In 2004, She received back up trainings from E-law

course provided by the Berkman Center of Harvard Law school, Boston USA and

was guest speaker at Oxford Internet Institute, UK and the Hourtin ICT

conference, France. Before joining GIPI, Ms. Hue held a position at

Baker@McKenzie, International Law Firm at Hanoi office.
